Anesthesia and Pain Clinic

GRMC’s pain specialists can offer the whole scope of interventional pain management techniques, including epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve blocks, and more. Most interventional therapies will be performed in GRMC’s surgery suite on an outpatient basis.

The pain clinic provides patients with a comprehensive assessment of their pain and how it influences their quality of life. Patients are also offered the latest medical treatment for any type of chronic or acute pain, including work-related injuries, sports injuries, back and neck pain, spine injuries and disorders, chronic post-surgical pain, neuropathic (nerve) pain syndromes, headaches, cancer pain, arthritis pain, and more. The care plan developed by the pain clinic staff utilizes the latest interventional pain management techniques plus interdisciplinary services, including medication therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, chiropractic care, and dietitian services.

The GRMC pain clinic is located on the second floor of the Ahrens Medical Arts Building at GRMC. The clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
