Background
The Victor Health Center is a nonprofit organization created by Victor residents and the Victor Community Development Association. This organization partnered with Grinnell Regional Medical Center to manage, operate, and staff the family practice clinic. Land for the clinic was made available by the City of Victor through a long-term no-cost lease. Local residents contributed $265,000 to fund the construction of the clinic. Most noted is the $100,000 challenge grant by Orville and Loanna Bloethe.
